Workshop-direct armor. Made around your brief.Meet the process

One question first. Wear it, or display it?

How intended use changes the questions you ask about fit, finish and presentation.

Wearable means fitted

A wearable suit lives or dies by measurements: height, chest, waist, shoulder width and the underlayers you plan to wear. Replica armor is costume-grade: it is built to look and wear well, never rated for impact.

Display means presence

A display set rewards proportion and stance. Budget for a proper stand, wall mount or case — a suit resting on the floor loses half its presence.

Finish follows function

Outdoor events need weather-resistant finishes and lighter builds; shelf display rewards detail and heavier construction. Decide the use, and the finish conversation becomes simple.

Storage is part of the purchase

Plan where the piece lives between uses. Garment covers for textile parts, padded stands for helmets, and dry storage for steel.
