Shipping & delivery

Last updated: 14 October 2026. Armor and props ship from our workshop in Dingzhou, Hebei, China to customers worldwide.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide via express couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS). Very large or heavy items — full armor sets, crates, long-handled props — may ship as freight with the method confirmed with you before dispatch. Some destinations and items (for example weapon-shaped replicas) may have local restrictions; we confirm feasibility for your address before production or dispatch.

Order processing time

In-stock items are inspected, packed and handed to the courier within 2–5 business days. Custom-made pieces follow the production schedule agreed in your brief — typically 2 to 6 weeks depending on complexity; large production batches may take longer.

Transit time

Typical express delivery after dispatch: East and Southeast Asia 3–7 business days; Europe and North America 5–12 business days; other destinations 7–15 business days. Freight shipments vary and are quoted per project.

Estimated total delivery time

Total delivery time = processing (or production) time + transit time. Customs inspection can add several days and is outside our control.

Shipping costs

Costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions and are shown before payment. Bulky armor sets and freight items receive a separate shipping quotation which we confirm with you by email before dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in item prices unless stated otherwise. We declare shipments truthfully and cannot mark down values or mislabel goods.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we email you the tracking number and carrier link, along with packing notes (for example, which components are in which box for multi-parcel sets).

Delays

Weather, holidays, customs inspection and carrier backlogs can delay parcels. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact [email protected] with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check the delivery address at checkout — suits of armor are heavy and return-to-sender freight is expensive. If a parcel fails to deliver because of an address error, re-shipping costs are paid by the buyer; if the error is ours, we re-ship at our cost.
