Workshop-direct armor. Made around your brief.Meet the process

Before the crate is closed.

A practical list for reviewing your finished commission before dispatch.

Review photos, then video

Ask for photos of the finished piece from six angles, then a short video with the piece turned slowly. Stitches, lacings and articulation look different in motion.

Check the practical five

Lacing and stitching tension; hinges and pins on moving parts; interior edges and burrs; overall symmetry from front and profile; weight against what was agreed.

Confirm the packing

A full suit should arrive in a crate or reinforced carton with foam-lined sections. Helmets travel stuffed and boxed. Confirm who handles export paperwork before dispatch, not after.

Agree the resolution path

A reasonable workshop states its after-receipt window in writing. Keep your unboxing photos — they are the shared evidence for any claim.
