About these terms

These terms govern purchases made through replicaarmor.com. The site is operated by Dingzhou Hezhouyuan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd., Dongban Village, Pangcun Town, Dingzhou, Baoding, Hebei Province, China. Where you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

Our products

We sell replica, costume and display armor made by independent workshops. Pieces are handmade: small variations in finish, colour, dimensions and detailing are normal and are not defects. Important: our products are costume, prop and display items. They are not protective equipment and are never rated for impact, sport, work safety or combat use.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order (for example in case of pricing errors, stock issues or export restrictions) and will refund any payment already made.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and exclude import duties, customs fees and local taxes unless stated otherwise; where applicable these are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Custom orders

Custom orders are produced to your brief. Production starts after you confirm the scope (piece, measurements, materials, finish and deadline) by email. During production we send a progress photo for your review, as described on the custom orders page. Changes requested after production has started may change the price and timeline; we will always confirm any change with you first.

Shipping

Items ship from China. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns and refunds

You may return unused standard products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty. Custom-made pieces are produced for you personally and are only returnable if they are faulty or do not match the agreed brief. Statutory rights where you live are unaffected.

Warranty and liability

We warrant that items match their product description and the agreed brief. Handmade cosmetic variations are not defects. Where law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

Site content, texts and photographs are owned by ReplicaArmor or used with permission. Product images illustrate the item supplied by the workshop. Brands and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.
