Products and materials
Is the armor wearable?
Most pieces are produced in full-size wearable construction, but it depends on the product: display-only versions, lighter builds and decorative ornaments also exist. Each product page states intended use. If you want a wearable piece, send us your measurements before ordering.
What materials do you use?
Depending on the piece: iron or steel plates, aluminium alloys, leather, textile lacing, and — for props — resin and foam. Each product page lists its materials. For custom projects, materials are agreed in the brief together with weight, finish and budget.
Is it real armor — can it protect me?
No. All our pieces are costume, display and prop items. They are never rated for impact, sport, work safety or combat use.
Are your swords sharp or functional?
No. Weapon replicas and screen props are display items — unsharpened and not functional. Always check your local regulations before ordering weapon-shaped items.
Do you sell components, not just full suits?
Yes — cuirasses, shoulder guards, armored sleeves, thigh and shin guards, helmets, face armor, crests, straps, lacing, stands and display fittings can be ordered individually. See the shop categories or ask by email.
Sizing and finish
How do I choose the right size?
For wearable armor, send your height, chest, waist and shoulder width; for helmets, your head circumference. We confirm sizing with you before production.
Can I choose colors, lacing and crests?
In most cases yes — color schemes, lacing color, crests and surface finish (polished, blackened, lacquered) are agreed in the brief before production begins.
Do you supply matching stands, boxes and cases?
Yes. Armor and helmet stands, wall mounts, storage boxes, transport cases and garment covers can be quoted with your piece, sized to its weight and dimensions.
Custom orders
Can you make a piece from my photos or drawings?
Yes — that is our core service. Send product photos, historical images, design drawings or measurements; we assess production options, materials, components and delivery, and agree a written brief with you. See custom orders.
How long does a custom order take?
Typically 2–6 weeks of production after the brief is confirmed and deposit arranged; complex suits and multi-item productions take longer. You receive progress photos and a pre-dispatch review as agreed in the brief.
Can you match a museum piece or historical design exactly?
For projects with clear historical-reconstruction requirements, send artifact documentation and research references so scope and fidelity can be agreed. Historically inspired designs and rigorous reproductions are different project types — we treat them differently, too.
Do you work with productions, venues and wholesalers?
Yes — film and television teams, costume and prop departments, exhibitions, themed venues and trade customers. For multi-costume projects we confirm character assignments, quantities, colors and sizes per item to keep the overall look consistent. We have produced for customers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, the UK and the US.
Shipping and payment
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
From our workshop in Dingzhou, Hebei, China. Express delivery is typically 3–7 business days to East Asia, 5–12 business days to Europe and North America. Details: shipping & delivery.
Who pays customs duties and taxes?
The buyer, unless stated otherwise. We declare shipments truthfully and cannot mark down values.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Returns and care
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging; we arrange a free replacement or refund. Details: returns & refunds.
How do I care for armor pieces?
Store pieces dry, out of direct sunlight; dust metal with a soft dry cloth; keep leather and lacquered surfaces away from moisture. For textile parts use garment covers. More care accessories are available on request.
